Looks like Verbena bonariensis, garden plant good for insects, seeds everywhere!

I'll confirm that- I have masses in my garden + is usually excellent for insects, but as with most things this year there aren't so many insect takers.

A popular plant with garden designers as it doesn't need staking, is tall without taking up lots of room. The seed heads are popular with blue Tits in my garden.
