Water-plantain help needed please
Not quite sure that I've identified these two Water-plantains correctly - help appreciated!

1. Common Water-plantain, alisma plantago-aquatica



2. Narrow-leaved Water-plantain, alisma lanceolatum?

I agree with you Jenny, both look ok, I do wonder if there was any colour in the Water Plantain Flower.

Hi buzfuz - the one identified as Common Water-plantain had a splodge of yellow at the base of the petals, the lower one had pink buds and pale-pinkish flowers....
