Can you help identify this tree

Hi I am trying to identify this tree.

It is about 25 feet tall and is open, deciduous, beautiful yellowy light pale green with soft rounded pinnate leaves with opposite formation. I have a feeling it may be oriental?? There are 16 leaves on each spur. Spurs that come off the branch are not opposite

There's a number of trees that roughly fit that description; if you're in an urban situation, one to rule out first is Robbinia pseudoacacia (variously known as False Acacia or Honey Locust).
