It's a fairly distinct plant + it's not from a group that requires microscopic examination to distinguish from closely related species. Hope I don't sound loike an old fogey though!! |

Spooky!, I WAS told I was an old fogey (actually I am!) when I said exactly the same thing about the same species growing in chalk grassland. I was told that jizz is all about movement (hence a birders term). What do these youngsters know!! |

What do these youngsters know!!  | noooo jizz isn't just about movement at least I don't think it is, its about experiance it's about getting a feel for different habitats and what is likely to be there its about that tingle in the back of your head that connects almost by reflex to the knowledge of what you are looking at even without a good view...
