| | | The Best places for BlueBell Photo's Hi All
I'm new to this forum and am also an avid photographer, Please could anyone tell where the best places are to photograph bluebells in the berkshire, Surrey and Bucks areas. Ideally Im looking for a typical woodland scene with reasonable light a thick bright carpet of bluebells.
I appreciate your help
Thanks

Dale | Sulham Woods between Pangbourne and Reading (Berks) is spectacular at the moment and it fits all your criteria - typical woodland scene, light and thick carpet, etc. I only live down the road from there and it's well worth a visit but you'd have to get there quite soon as they will soon be over. You're more than likely to catch a shot of a Roe deer or two as well!

Parking is very limited tho and not easy to find, unless you want a longish walk. If you want directions, say from the M4, let me know and I'll send them to you on a private message - rather not let this beautiful place be know to all and sundry Share the photos with us if you get any good'uns!

| | Re: The Best places for BlueBell Photo's A quick plug for Banstead Woods just inside the M25 to the south of London. Spectacular display every year that will not quite be at it's best this weekend, but they are coming on very quickly now and another few days of this weather should see them fully out. Plenty of parking as well.
In addition another week will see the surrounding downland full of Cowslips in bloom. |

I normally photograph them near Worthing but need a new venue.

The car park is at TQ 272 583. They are in their full splendour at this very moment.
All the best
