Lincolnshire Coast Smallholding

OK, if this against forum rules I apologise and expect the thread will be removed. I'm posting here because I know many Wabbers are interested in the seals at Donna Nook, coastal nature reserves and wildlife gardening.

My parents are trying to sell their smallholding in Saltfleetby, Lincs to move closer to me. Semi-detached 2 beds, 1 acre including woodland, ponds, meadow, orchard and vegetable garden. A further 3 acres are apparently available from the adjoining landowner subject to separate negotiation. It is 2 miles or so from Saltfleetby and Theddlethorpe Dunes National Nature Reserve and about 5 miles from Donna Nook. An interesting area for wildlife with a badger sett just off the boundary.
