This seems a passable description of the entire Career output of Philip Glass - (some of which is fine, to my ear.)
But it does rely on a rhythmic repetition of phrases. |

The Glass violin concerto is very repetative but I do like that. I love 'Hergest Ridge' - don't think I would have described that as repetative...will have another listen. |
