| | | A good year for holidays! :-) After a good few years of not having a 'proper' holiday, I somehow managed three in just 4 months!
I visited Pembrokeshire twice - once in July and then again in September - and then had an unexpected holiday in Cornwall in October!
Apart from doing a bit of sight seeing, my main intention was to do some coastal path walking, as I adore the sea and the coastline in both areas.
Obviously, I took a lot of photographs - nearly 700 in total ....although quite a few went in the recycle bin! LOL
Anyway, if anyone would like to see them, I have 3 sets of photos on Facebook. I felt there were just too many to upload and post on WAB, although I have uploaded some here, just to whet your appetites!........ Pembrokeshire - July 2010 Whitesands Bay Coastline near St. Nons... Coastline near Abberiedy... Sunset from Traeth Beach... Marloes Beach... Solva Harbour... Wooltack Point... Caerfai Bay... Shipwreck!!...
More photos from this holiday can be viewed by using the link below.

Hope you enjoy and thanks for looking! Pembrokeshire - July 2010 | Facebook

Just imagine what I could achieve with a 'proper' camera!

Thanks!......and yes, the chapel is accessible from the top of the cliffs. There's a big car park and you simply walk down quite a few stone steps to get to it.
You can go inside the chapel, although I wouldn't recommend it if you suffer from claustrophobia!
I clambered over the rocks below the chapel so I could take the photo. You can't see it....but the sea was crashing on some rocks behind me and I got splashed a few times!

| | | Re: A good year for holidays! :-) Lovely photos. I have happy memories of Marloes and Aberreidy (is that spelt right?), where we found trilobites and graptolite fossils in the shales there.
Where exactly is the shipwreck? I wouldn't mind going to see that sometime.
