There are more photos in my image library but I didn't want to load them all here on one thread; this is a unique site, it was identified in the 1990's - though the footprints were made about 385 million years ago. |

Wish there was more on fossils, I have a DVD with David Attenburgh talking about creatures in amber - The Amber TIme Machine. He has quite a collection. I'd love something like that. My daughter gave me a piece which has an 'inclusion' - sold her as a spider, but it may well be a seed. Still it's possibly a million year old seed

| | | Re: Tetrapod Trackway, Valentia, Co. Kerry, Ireland Thanks Loripo  I must admit the trackway doesn't actually LOOK that impressive itself but it's good that they have the interpretive boards to help explain what you are looking at; and I really love the fossilised sea bed rocks best of all.
