Taken near Conwy, North Wales:- 
I've never seen this before - does it have a name, (other than cloud or fog!  )

I'm no expert but it looks, sorry, just like mist rolling up and out of the valley. Possibly getting funneled up dried out stream.

I live at the foot of a range of hills and we often get this, especially in autumn and spring, when it can get really misty in patches but it very quickly dissipates with a bit of sun and thermals off the hills.
