SS: You could always say ' As I only work here one day a week I miss all the other lunch breaks, so I think I'll take them now' or something. It will afford you five hours then
Just don't accept their offer of all the extra work too |

Please feel free to PM me Billy, or pop into the info centre at the Clockhouse Lane entrance, not the Bedfont Road entrance. I will gladly point you in the right direction. We do get a lot of wildlife photographers coming in and some contribute to our image database.
Look forward to hearing from you or meeting you.

Bedfont Lakes Country Park |
Sorry Adam but I didn't see this before I set off on the 12th.
Unfortunately the course I was on had a lot of people on it so the lunchtimes tended to be reduced to 45 mins. Consequently I only had time to visit on the first day (Monday) when I quickly lost my bearings and ended up at the wrong end of one of the lakes.
I came in through the Clockhouse Lane entrance, parked my car and headed for the first 'Nature Reserve' sign. I tried to walk around the lake (to the left by the road) but there was a double-gate which was locked. So I went and sat on the bench near to the lake.
I didn't see this as a problem at the time because I had the week ahead of me but because of the above mentioned time constraints I never really got the chance to return. | | | | | Thread Tools | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode |
