Just thought I would share a few pics from some of my favourite wild places.
May stir a few memories for you, of warm summer days , maybe not this year!
Malmsmead Doone Valley N Devon.
Cornwall N coast Rock nr Padstow.
Cornish Wreck Maenporth Nr Falmouth.

| | | Re: Some Of My Favorite Wild Places Climbed the Schiehallion yesterday and it was amazing, but Ben Lawers is just stunning! Ben Lawers in summer is good for plants, butterflies, ring ouzels and even ptarmigan. I had a pair of ptarmigan walking just ahead of me for a wee while and they were just stunning - hard to spot unless they move! Another place is Sandwood bay, I know I've mentioned it before, but honestly I was bowled over by the beauty of this place! If you get a chance go for it, you won't be disappointed
