| | | Cardigan I am off to Cardigan for the weekend
Is it any good?
Is there anywhere I should go?
Is there anything I should look out for.
Thanks

actually tank tops are where its at on the fashion stakes.
as for the thread name I have decided after the negativity surrounding some of my threads to have them contain content 'as is' the title. Therefore those wishing to not read a thread about the Da Vinci Code or Clogs can ascertain by the title, of the thread, what it is about. Cant say fairer than that can I?

Probably dont get them there but I do want to see one | look at this http://www.ceredigion-coastal-footpath.com/ specifically mentions seeing puffins in the cliff top habitat. The islands off wales are a dead cert too - a bit far to go this weekend probably but skomer and skokholm are heaving with puffins all puffling arround - if you do venture down there dont leave it too late in the year as they start spending more time at see after july.
the RIB trip out to the gannetry on grassholm is an unforgetable experience also - even if you do kill your camera like I did (eos 30's and spray dont mix)

| | | Re: Cardigan To be fair I did not hang around as I was on my own. I had been up previously but not to the top, just to the lake, but I wanted to go to the top to see the view but the view was obscured. I would have loved to have walked around the top. It was also a fair bit more parky at the top. I will go up again soon and walk right round the sort of semi circle ridge

I remember reading abook about bird watching and the opening line of one of the chapters was....' many birders die while sea watching' or something along those lines - for god's sake be careful of the cliff edge if you have your eye to a lense. Otherwise you'll be going rapidly from PUffin to Nuffin

Did you wild camp btw, which is my plan - the only way to escape from work.
