Longships Lighthouse, The Lizard Fishermen and Lands End

Hi,

Picture 1 - Longships off the coast of Lands End.
Picture 2 - Fishermen in a very precarious place, amongst the rocks off the Lizard
Picture 3 - Lands End... Stunning sea colour around the rocks

I like them very much,It brings it home how near the lighthouse is to the land,but with all those rocks and sea running how far from safety!

Hi!

The Lighthouse is actually a good few miles off the coast but i used a 300mm lens to get in close. It was very difficult to get a steady picture because of the wind at Lands End.
I took a few of the Scilly Isles but because of the distance, 28 miles or so, they didn't come out too well.... just a dark patch on the horizon.

The fisherman were dicing with the rocks there, they certainly knew where and what to do as they were only a few metres from the rocks in quite rough seas...
