I'd like to point out that we've got a couple of new moderators on WAB. Matt, (Matt_xyz) and Steve (Fourwings). As experienced Gallery Editors, I'm sure they'll soon be up to speed on the moderating side as well. 
I've decided to take a break from moderating so I'm no longer a moderator, although I am still a Gallery Editor and general troublemaker, so no change there then!  |

it is one of those things site users accept will be, without giving
any thought to the requirements /qualifications
Do you ask or do they volunteer,or pressgang ?

Several members of the moderating team were only gallery editors rather than full moderators so it was only natural that we do our turn now that Graham wants a break. So we weren't pressganged, we volunteered
