ID for bird of prey please

Can any one ID this bird please? It was circling high above the park in Exmouth
I do have some other shots of it if needed

That is a really nice hot of a soaring buzzard. You will find that the colouration and marking of buzzards vary alot.

Well thank you.
I have only ever seen a Kestrel and of course the ones that are so high no one can tell what they are.

We were lucky to see these in Kefalonia. They were flying everyday and we watched themwhile lying by our pool. They live in the protected parks there.
