WAB Groups

Before I sign up for a group, I'd like to know a bit more about what would be expected of a group member.
I'm not entirely sure what skills I'd have to offer and how my skills could be put to use.
I like to help out if I can but don't think it'd be wise of me to offer myself up to do so, incase I am unable to fulfill the task and end up letting the team down.

You are not comitted to do anything. It is simply the opportunity to discuss things not on the open boards. You simply become a member of a smaller group, and help where you can

Say I joined marketing.
I could make suggestions, without having to make big decisions, find contacts etc.

I will most likely join the marketing group sometime in the near future.
I've had quite a few ideas pop into my head recently.

One that may interest several members is:-
Selling photography in this way.
Corbis: photography, rights, assignment, motion.
Sorry I put this link in as an example as I really have no other way of explaining it.

I think there is such a great gallery here that with permission some may allow companies to buy the images for promotional puposes. I know may husbands company bought images in the way to compliment their products, others have done the same.
So this could be a great way of raising funds for WAB.

I must apologise that I only have the idea and wouldn't know how to go about setting up something like this, or any legalities involved.

great idea, and well worth looking into . I've wondered about selling prints via a service like beanpix before too
