OK folks, after much discussion it has been decided that the way forward with the WAB calendar is as follows:
(1). WAB members are invited to submit up to 3 images for consideration for the WAB calendar by AUGUST 18th. Images should simply be included within this thread. All images should already be within one of the WAB galleries so you should simply copy and paste the BB code so that your photos are embedded into this thread. Do not include externally hosted images within this thread (or any other thread on WAB for that matter).
(2). We have to find suitable images to cover 12 months of the year, obviously reflecting all seasons. We can't use Summer shots in Winter and vice versa. So try to find shots that reflect different seasons (presumably Winter shots are going to be less plentiful than Summer shots).
(3). You must have a high resolution version (at least 4.3MP) of any images that you include.
(4). The precise mechanism through which the final images will be chosen has yet to be decided but it is likely to be a panel consisting of Stu, in conjunction with the advice of the printers and perhaps even marketing consultants.
(5). This thread is for IMAGES only and there should be no chat or discussion, otherwise the thread is likely to get out of hand.
(6). All images should be in the landscape format.
Remember, no more than 3 images per person and the thread will close on August 18th.
Any comments made on this thread will be deleted, to keep the Thread as tidy as possible. Of course you can comment on the Calendar Discussions Thread any time you like!
