Should be much less strain on my neck and my arm didn't half ache carrying it one hand. Thanks again ...............my camera and lens should last me a lot longer now |

| | | Re: WAB Calendar Discussions. Sorry, I've just had it pointed out to me that I haven't posted anything on this for weeks and I'm convinced I added some info a couple of weeks ago, but can't find it anywhere
The pics have been selected - although the consensus was that we should have more than 12 and as many as possible as there are so many outstanding pics. I've built some templates and sent them out to some companies, but I've not chased them as I've been snowed under at work, but I'll get right back on it.
The biggest stumbling block is the finances to get the calendars printed. We've got virtually no money at WAB and so we're looking for companies to sponsor a month for £300, so we can cover the cost of getting 2,000 calendars produced. Obviously, we really want the companies to be well connnected with wildlife, conservation, photography, events, outdoors etc so that it's good for them and good for us too. Their advert will be shown on their month's calendar and be about the same width and 2/3 the height of a credit card - the calendars are about A4 in size. So if you know of any comapnies that may be interested please send me their details and we'll send them some more info.
Cheers
