Iam half Welsh and my dad is Welsh and my mum is from Essex
We moved down from Cwmbran (Wales) and Hornchurch (Essex) to Bognor Regis back in 1980 just after i was born, i still visit reguarly and i love Wales and Essex, especially the varied countryside wildlife.
Wish i had a camera 5 years back, i vividly remember a Vixen with 4
Fox cubs in Wales when i was crossing a field to the paper shop, it was such a lovelly sight and i felt lucky to share that experience so that not having a camera didnt affect me too much because i still have memories of that lovelly encounter
In Essex i remember a family of Deer, not sure what type they were, colour was a reddish brown, i was on a Horse riding along this bridlepath and the whole herd of 6 Deer ran straight in front of me and the Horse i was on panicked a bit but i managed to control it.
I always take my camera now wherever i go because if i do encounter these things again, i will be ready for some happy snapping
