Why Has My Username Been Changed?

Hello i was wondering why my forum name has been changed from !John! to John2?
I haven't done this myself & it's really bugging me why its changed.
If a Mod has changed my name i would really like to know why & if they haven't then something fishy's going on,lol.

Hi !John!. I don't know why this has happened. Unless I am wrong the mods can't change anyone's user name. I can only suggest you PM StuDH to see if he can shed any light onto why this has happened.

Yep, sorry, it was me.

The forum's username pages couldn't recognise the ! in your name, so they were attributing your posts to John. I had to change your name this morning, to get it working properly again, and unfortunately we can't change it back again until we find a fix.

If you can think of another name that only includes alpha-numerics then I'll change it for you.

Yep, sorry, it was me.

Yo Stu,well at least i now know why my name was changed.It would of been nice to recieve an email to let me know,but i managed to find what my username had changed to by looking in a thread i'd posted in.
I think i'll stick with John2 coz i'm useless at picking forum names,lol.

How about making a number plate out of your name JOHN 2B, IB JOHN, JOHN IS19 etc etc. You won't get another chance like this again.
