Yes, good lass: we could have a very small, elite gallery for people who were concerned primarily about photographic aspects of the pictures. The rest of us can carry on using the galleries as adjuncts for identification and correspondence. Tough for the mods though .... Quote:

It's all time though- The mods and editors work hard enough and have enough to do of a night, a comp would be very time consuming. |

I did wonder if a voting system would work for photos, i.e. the pictures with the most votes could go into the new gallery but there are two main flaws to that:-
a) time consuming for mods to set up and regulate
b) people would vote for their mates
So, best things left as they are, I reckon.
