Failure to login

I have just spent a frustrating half hour to try and get logged onto WAB. Every new page I visit I have login again to WAB. Neil

Hi Andrew. I did tick the box each page I visited even rebooted the computer. I have just checked and after following the Email link to your reply I am now recognized as a member of WAB. It’s good to be back. Neil.

Neil

Are you ticking the box to the side of the login that says remember me?

Hi Andrew.

I tick the remember me box each time then move to another page to be requested to login, I login and tick the box only to be requested to login again on the next page. I posted a photo that has not appeared so far. I can only stay remembered by following your email notification. Then there is no request to login. Neil

Re: Failure to login

I've seen this before as well, have you tried the old MS support desk standard. ie turn off computer, scream in frustration, swear fouly, count to ten, drink a bottle of beer, and reboot. (screaming, swearing and boozing are optional )

If it were me I'd clear my cookies and start again. Reboot the comp and logon. May work.

Got the tee shirt, had to go to bed early as I finished up drunk with the amount of reboots.

PS had to login again to reply your post. Neil

Great minds and all that. Cleared the cookies just before I got the Email informing me of your post. Did not work.

Re: Failure to login

Hi Andrew and Eeyore. Thank you both for the help. I had a look at my firewall although I did not think it was that as I could use my other cookies. I could stay logged in on a second computer. In the end I formatted and reinstalled every thing. All now looks to be right.

I think I have it sorted. I have turned off my Norton Internet security then connected to WAB. Then switched Norton back on, I have returned twice now with no problems. Norton likes WAB Neil
