How do I stop Emails?

How do i stop emails being sent to me every day listing everything that has been said in forum threads??
There is no need for it and most forums give you the option of automaticaly recieveing emails to subscribed forums or not.. i assume this forum is no different but i am unable to find such an option. The only way i know of is by scrolling to the bottom of the sent emails and clicking the link... but this is no good because i have already recived the email.
I hope there is a way of configering it otherwise i am going to have to treat these emails as spam and have them automaticaly sent to my junk email.

Can anybody tell me how to solve this solution, please?

I wont remove it, but I will change the title. we'll keep it here so others can see how to do it if they wish.
These are not spam, they're options you can switch on and off yourself. Simply go to control and select edit options from the list down the left hand side. Here you can choose if to accept emails from various sources and also if you wish to be notified about forum thread posts.
