I'm sure Stu will be aware of it. I've left an admin note for him just in case he isn't. |

| | | Re: forum opening problem Don't know If I'm in the right place for this.
I have told a good friend of mine about WAB and she is having real problems
accessing the site. She is being told "Server not Found".
She is trying from two computers, one using Internet Explorer and the other Mozilla Firefox. Any ideas?
Would love her to access the site as I know she would love it. Thanks. |

| | | Re: forum opening problem This afternoon the site was down for 45 minutes as the host received a massive 'denial of service' attack so they had to lock everything down to fix it. If your friend wasn't trying then, then the first thought is to double check the address as we're being viewed all over the world at the moment without any connection issues

Wierd? | one thought is that google might be taking her to a page that has been locked or deleted , tell her to just type www.wildaboutbritain.co.uk into her url bar - or alternatively email her a link.
another is that some anti spam programmes (including some of the updates to ms xp) have issues with accessing sites which include google ads
