| | | Stopping emails temporarily I read WAB in response to daily email digests; seems to be quicker
for me and less chance of spending toooo long on the site.
Is there anyway of turning off the emails without individually turning
off each forum?
Probably simple and I've just missed it .......... |

If you click on 'your posts' icon at the top of the page, there is displayed all the threads you are subscribed to. If you tick the box next to the ones you don't want to be notified about, then at the bottom of the page there is a drop down menu that gives options like 'Delete Subscription' or 'No email notification'
I've never used it, but I think that will do what you want to do.
cheers
Sven

Sadly not the option I want - That turns threads off, and one has to go in and turn them all on again individually.
I have several forums sent to me daily as an email subject heading and it is
this, and subscrib4ed threads, that I would like to suspend; certainly on
birdguides I can elect to halt all emails (and/or SMSs) like this. Don't have to
go back and set everything up individually again.
For the next few days I'm gong to be unable to read emails and from experience I now that my inbox gets full and bouncing happens. |
