Re: Doing anything wildlife related over Easter?

Well I went out round and about Exmoth reserve.
Took some shots of some finch chicks which I uploaded but I guess they were no good for the gallery or the words "finch chicks" and "Dunnock chic"was not acceptable but I'll never know as I wasn't told one way or the other. I also took a shot of a crow taking the fast track along the Exmouth branch line to Lympstone, don't know if he was going to walk all the way , he didn't get electricuted though. That shot was accepted but I was not prmitted to view it and no body told me why, probabky changed the mind and decided it was not good enough which is fine , but it would of course help to be to informed . so tomorrow I think I will stay in

Hi Beryl

Can I draw your attention to this post from Stuart which should explain why images don't appear when you think they should. They are part of the upload guidelines.

http://www.wildaboutbritain.co.uk/fo...s-gallery.html

This should not stop you going out and taking more images, I go out because I enjoy wildlife not to put images on WAB. On a days shoot I can take 300 images but only upload 2 or 3 sometimes none at all. Go out and enjoy the day.

Hi
I do apreciate the gallery guide lines I really do.
I asked a gallery editoer what to put for my Dunnock chick and coppied and pasted exactly what he wrote.
It was ignored. Never mind , I wasn't really suprised but it is anoying when you get an e-mail saying
