I'm New - How Do I Post Images?

Hi,
I'm new to the forum with only three posts - how could I post images for ID? I have a few good damselflies I'd like to show - and three unidentified.

I've removed two of them, leaving the one in the members gallery.

hi there seems to be a lot of people that can not get their photoes on the forums,me for one, i have tryed and tryed but i just can not work it out,is there another way of posting photoes on the forum?,i have managed to get some in my gallery but thats it,i do not understand the paste and copy part i am not that cleaver when it comes yo computers,i only know the basiks of a computer, the brain just wont take it in and keep it in.

Hi naturelover!

Are your piccies too big perhaps? I had trouble when I first started here but have it sussed now. My pics were way too big and Za recommended a 'Fotosizer' download (google it!) and I process all my pics through it now and have had no probs since.

It also helps to open 2 browsers of WAB - so on the 2nd one you can upload, select, copy (in your gallery) and then paste onto the first one to which ever thread you are wanting the pic/s to go on - if you get what I mean

Nah, I didn't explain that very well did I

OK, here I go again....

So you have a piccy in 'My Images' (yours obviously lol!) Click on the pic to make it bigger and scroll down to the bottom until you see Forum Image Code. Right click on the code and select - Select All. Then right click again and select Copy. Go back on your browser to the thread you want to put it in and left click where you want the piccy so the curser blinks. Right click again and select 'Paste' - the image code will transfer to the thread!

Does that explain it better?!? Hope so!

no sorry i still dont understand, i will get my son tony to show me,he and his wife are coming round this weekend and he is a wizz king on computers he will sort me out i hope,then i can share my photoes with you all,thanks for trying cazzie. bett.
