Let me quickly add my Congratulations to the others. Missed it completely. Have to make somebody in charge of watching out for them. They are going to be happening thick and furiously from now on me thinks.

There should be a ceremony for the investiture of the CWE, maybe the investitiate chooses a nature reserve and enough of us go there to pay for his/her ticket, carry the kit, bring a bottle of water or something? Recent CWEs remain eligible till invested
