I have just posted a topic about different types of Oak i possibly have growing in the Wildflower and Tree forum, and it seems to have gone within 10minutes. Could anybody tell me why this has been deleted?

did it have externally linked pics in it ? - not being a mod i am just guessing but that has been a common cause of post deletion lately - also the mods have taken so much flak from some quarters that there is now a site rule that we dont discuss post deletion on the boards - thus your best bet would be to pm a mod ( Matt, Glsammy, fourwings, fungijohn, Oy ,or of course StuartDH) instead

No eeyore it had 2 picture linked from the forum images gallery 
Very confused as to why it's been deleted a PM explaining would be good  |

The only thing i can think is that i've maybe done something wrong when previewing the post, but i've never done that before. Anyway not to worry i'll post again
