Why Was My Post Deleted???

I put a post in the Wild Flowers forum asking if my ID of Black Nightshade was correct, and it has been removed.

I cannot find a link to moderators to ask, so can someone let me know what I may have done wrong for this to happen?

we have a site rule that we dont discuss deleted posts on the open boards so it is best to pm a moderator and ask - moderators are Fungi John, Matt xyz, Fourwings, and ahh others (sorry guys i cant recall the complete list), and of course stuartDH our adminsitrator

It was an external linked image.
There's a large banner in blue and white directly under the Message box saying only post or link to images that are in the WAB Gallery.
If you wish to link an image, simply upload it to the unidentified gallery and link it from there. If your not sure how to do that, there are now video Guides from the icon on the upper right hand side that will show you all the steps.
