When posting a news item, or other article written by someone other than yourselves, could you please provide references and links to the original report.
Reasons being, to ensure no copyright issues are raised, and it also provides the reader with the original work. It's common courtesy when in a forum.

I would have thought that went without saying but as you have had to post about it obviously not is there any particular problem?
