New little icons

Can anyone tell me what the 4 little icons are at the end of each post, (digg this post, etc.) They seem new, it doesn't take much to confuse me and this has done it Ta!

I'm confused too - I don't even understand what the words mean when I hold the little pointer thingy over the icons - it's not English, is it?!!

They're for putting together social bookmarking where people basically vote content into the icon's websites with the recommendation of webpages and sites across the Internet. The more votes, the more the content moves up in promotion and the end result is that looking for content in their search engines will present the highest voted results first, and not what the search engine decides is best. Clear as mud
