Dragonfly nymph
Ive been playing around with dragonfly nymphs again and I tried using a reed leaf to get the nymph off the bottom of the photographic tank. I think the results were ok but I may try some more with dead leaves like last autumn

Great picture but I think as the dragonfly nymph is pale, your idea of dead leaves would be a good to make it stand out more.
