| | | Stalked jellyfish and Sea Hare I'm not sure if this is the right forum for sea creatures, but it seemed the most likely. My daughter and I went exploring at Port an Eas on Islay and saw these wonderful creatures - a massive sea hare and tiny Stalked jellyfish. Stalked jellyfish are sort of like upside-down jellyfish that attach themselves to a substrate and some species can detach themselves and then somersault across to another suitable substrate. Amazing!
