I know someone's posted a link in a post somewhere but I can't find it!  I would like to get some hornwort etc. and it might be easier to just order it online if it's not too expensive, as I don't live near any specialist pond centres. If someone knows what the link was or knows of a place that's not too costly, would you let me know? Thanks!

Blimey I never thought of them!  It's still quite a drive over there for me though and hard to find the time at the moment. Plus if I went there I'd spend far more than I meant to!! |

Puddle Plants has also been recommended on here and they seem to have a decent range of native pond plants, including Hornwort. Haven't tried them myself though.
It would be worth rinsing and checking your plants before putting them in the pond to remove any unwanted fragments of other plants. |

I think that was the one King, thanks - in the meantime I've been impatient and ordered from another online store though. Not to worry... I'll see how I go and maybe use puddle plants for any further orders. (They are cheaper by the way!)

Puddle plants are excellent, plnts turn up within a few days and well packaged, and yes they seem cheaper than others. Also very helpful over the phone and provided good advice on what and how much to order. | | |
