Looking so much better now .

I'd take the plant ID plastic tabs indoors though - They never look natural! I keep all mine on a big key ring.

keep an eye on the lilly though as its a small water surface and you might have to cut a few leaves off to keep some of the surface open

I know what you're saying and probably will remove them. I left them in because as soon as i remove them i won't know which is which

I really didn't expect the lilly to grow so many leaves, it had four when I bought it. I'm sure i remember reading somewhere to have about 50% of the surface covered. Is that right?

Also when cutting the lilly down, do you just remove the leaf or the stem as well?

remove as much of the stem as possible at same time, as it will only rot away when its no longer with a leaf

....I've read on WAB that 70% is the maximum to have covered. The cover provides a lot of shelter from hot sun and also security.
