I think its one of common or azure blue, possibly blue tailed damselfly |

Simple and very effective, thanks for sharing Neil, not a bad artist too  | Pretty much. Sometimes the flash is rested on top of the tank or hung over with a tripod but the princples the same - just move around until the lighting is how you like and reflections are minimal/gone.
