| | | What UK Shell book We love picking up shells wherever we see them and we know quite a few but a decent book would help to identify them, especially while still on the beach - and yet I have not seen a good UK Shell book yet.
Any recommendations please??

For many years I have relied on handy little books in the Blandford colour series, possibly out of print now but widely available in secondhand book shops and charity shops. Some of the scientific nomenclature may be out of date but it depends on how deep you wish to delve into the subject. My advice check out these sources and even large garden centres that also carry many books on wildlife topics.
