worm / larvae need help identifing
I live in memphis, TN in the US.. I have tiny worms in my pool.. can any one help me identify them. They are off white with black head.. I took the best pic I could one is thru the eye my the microscope I had when I was a kid.. )

I sprayed beach on one an it didn't kill it. Can anyone help.
