ID Please
Hi Folks, can anyone help with this please. I am told it was about 3/4 inch long & moved a bit like a slug. Seen in still water at a WWT Llanelli a couple of weeks ago.

It looks like a soldier fly larvae – there’s a fan of hairs at the back. Any dipterists in?
