| | | Crayfish ranching/farming Hello,
I'm researching the history of the American signal crayfish within the UK and have been stumped in one area. It appears that back in the 70's there was an abundance of farms and fisheries for crayfish. Yet I am unable to find any historical evidence or old locations/sites where they operated. Can anyone help....please!!! |

| | | Re: Crayfish ranching/farming Hi, I recall that the Serpentine in central London was once stocked with crayfish (I presume Signals). The two men that ran the operation were hoping to supply London restaurants. | | Thread Tools | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode |
