I reckon that they are Pond Snail eggs or something similar.

I've moved them now to a much safer place, it will also enable me to keep an eye on them and see how they develop.
I took another photo of them, still can't believe how beautiful they are, doh! |

It seems theres very little information on the Life Cycle of a Pond Snail Egg, unless anyone knows otherwise. |
