I think you're going to say this is a Greater Water Boatman? He's in my new nature pond and I'm worrying about next Spring -  when I'm hoping for nymphs and such. He can go back to my friend's bigger pond if he's carnivorous!  |

If I've done this right there is a great thread from a couple of years ago on these... greater water boatmen

Thank you for the link Loripo. I did have a look at it before posting, but was still vaguely hoping mine cld be a Lesser one, but reading it again, if it's swimming upsidedown, it's the Greater. Oh dearrrr. |
