Looks like a 3 Bearded Rockling to me. Used to catch lots of them from beaches in South when the weather turns cold.

Would go with a shore rockling Gaidropsarus mediterraneus due to shading and esturine area.
3 bearded usualy live along rocky coasts and are almost totaly nocturnal.
Did you count the barbels?
As if it had 5 ... guess what it would be called!!
Yep a 5 bearded rockling, these are usualy found in shallow sub-littoral and inter tidal areas.
