| | | mortified at my stupid carelessness Hello
I am ashamed to say that I have seriously injured a frog with my lawnmower today. He was hiding in the undergrowth. I am always so careful to look for wildlife as I know only too well how we humans can injur them. I am just so angry with myself that this has happened.
Anyway, I honestly thought he was a goner. However, four hours later, despite a huge gash on his back and dragging one of his back legs, he is still here, and has made his way to the pond (only a few feet away).
Could anyone tell me, is he likely to survive? I cannot stop thinking about it, I am just so gutted.
Thanks for any info.
