Prawn ID

This is a decapod crustacean of some sort, but not the common prawns we see usually, Palaemon serratus and the Hippolyte varians. Any ideas?

It was 4cm long, very thin, and was scooped out of a deep weedy pool on the middle shore during the early part of this afternoon.

Looks like a mysid shrip to me (Opossum) as for species..... no idea sorry!!
Are you sure its 40mm long?? looks smaller than that (or have you got very big hands!) My guess would be Praunus flexuosus due to the chromatophores on the ventral side and long rostrum.
