They look like the eggs of the Common Dog Whelk - Nucella lapillus.

I'm not actually sure I'm afraid. From your photo it seems like some of the yellow ones may be empty, hatched eggs as some appear to have holes in the top, while the pink eggs look like they are yet to hatch, however this might just be coincidence . From looking around on the internet I can't find any explanation for the differences in colour, perhaps one of our marine experts will be able to give some more information soon.
