| | | Re: Filters I was wondering this myself the other day half my pond was frozen. It was only clear where my waterfall was but can a filter split or break if it gets too cold. I was told by a mate to always leave my filter on.

| | | Re: Filters I don't have a filter and my pond is very clear. I do have a waterfall which I leave turned on all year round. Keeps the pond free of ice and the birds bathe and drink on the individual tears. Saves de-icing the bird bath at the top of the garden
