| | | Re: Green surface on my pond And quickly getting back on topic,our frog population has exploded this year,50 froglets in half an acre of grass and I did not get time to survey the rest of the place.All due to leaving well enough alone, little taddies had lots to eat besides each other, they do well where there is lots of algae.

| | | Re: Green surface on my pond Amazin'..bought a bag from Asda...split it in to bunches..threw it in to the pond...after a few days..we have roots.what i have done is replanted them in the "beach" area, and see where we go from there, pond is now crystal clear by the way!! |

Not that the ponds are terribly green, they've not seen a lot of sunshine, let's face it
